You are probably familiar with the term "live by faith," but what does it mean exactly? Some would say it means to believe in something and others would say it means to endure uncontrollable circumstances in your life. Both of those are true in a sense; however, that is not all there is to it! Faith is a verb that produces action in your life!

Throughout scriptures, you will find faith manufacturing action. Faith is not just hoping for something, but it produces the hope needed to cause things to happen. Take a look below at a few examples of how faith provided the action required to fulfill one's purpose:

  • we WALK by faith (2 Cor 5:7)

  • by faith Noah was able to BUILD the Ark (Hebrew 11:7)

  • by faith Sarah was able to GIVE birth (Hebrews 11:11)

  • by faith Abraham was able to RECEIVE the promise (Hebrews 11:8)

Faith will provide everything that is needed to Walk into purpose, Build the Vision, Give birth to something greater than yourself, and Receive the provision of God.

To live (which is an action) by faith is the ability to create life in every dead circumstance. For example, If your marriage is dying, living by faith, GIVES you the strength, love, and patience needed to produce life in that relationship. When you want to give up, yes faith helps you endure the trials of life, but it also BUILDS you up in the process. Producing the ability to WALK past doubt, haters, insecurities, and past mistakes and RECEIVE the promises of God.

How will you put your faith into action? I would love to hear how this blog has inspired you. Please share and post your feedback in the comment section.
