Tamara Ellison is a prominent motivational speaker, author, minister, entrepreneur, and highly sought-after resource in business and professional sectors for small business owners, churches, nonprofits and community leaders from all areas of society desiring to expand and maximize opportunity. Tamara is the CEO of WILDRT Construction, Inc., Tamara Ellison & Co., LLC, and founder of Empowered 2 Flourish, a non-profit organization that cultivates confidence in girls ages 5-17. Tamara’s latest book “Mended Removing the Bandages” has inspired thousands of women reaching Canada, Kenya, London, and Nigeria.
Ministry-
At the age 17, she began to lead praise and worship, and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, leading many to Christ. She believes in the five-fold ministry operating in the gifts of teaching, preaching and prophecy transforming lives, healing hearts, and giving hope to the world. Tamara has a love for God’s people and a passion for seeing them walk into their divine purpose, and is willing to endure the race until the end.
She is also known for her dynamic praise and worship ministry; leading God’s people into an atmosphere where they experience healing, deliverance, and restoration. Passionate about God’s work and building His kingdom; she believes every Christian should live and have “life on purpose.”

With years of successful experience, Tamara's business consultation and coaching have provided valuable insight and an approach that has helped companies develop long-term and short-term goals and strategies, as well as improve their business in areas that might have been overlooked.
The Mission -
Tamara's passion is empowering women and girls not just to dream but to live at maximum potential and thrive! She equips women and girls of all ages and backgrounds to overcome stereotypes, financial limitation, and poor self-image. She empowers women through entrepreneurship, spiritual, and personal development courses; which focuses on the complete woman allowing her to start, build, expand, and achieve balanced success. She has had the honor of empowering women and girls abroad in Nigeria and London.
Community Engagement -
She is an active board member of the Black Chamber of Commerce Inland Empire and is an advocate for small businesses. Tamara volunteers and has partnered with organizations such as Time For Change Foundation, We Speak, Inc., The Positive Results Corporation, and Forgotten Children, Inc. a non-profit organization focused on combating human trafficking. She conducts life skills workshops and mentorship opportunities for the rescued victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and those victims of poverty.
Tamara believes the greatest fulfillment in life comes when we discover our purpose and walk in it. Tamara equips people to realize there is a treasure, a goldmine of untapped potential in everyone.
